• Friday, June 24 - Meet & Greet 6-8 pm: Check this website or the front desk at Nobu Hotel within Casears Palace for the room number

• Saturday, June 25 - Wedding at 4 pm at Caesar's Palace

• Sunday, June 26 - Thank You Brunch: 11:30 am - 1:30 pm at Le Village Buffet, Patio Room at Paris Hotel. Wrist band required (check your gift bag).

Hotel Recommendations:

 

The brides have selected the luxurious Caesars Palace (5-star hotel, luxury) for the big event and for their accommodations in Las Vegas. You are encouraged to stay there or at one of the nearby sister properties Nobu Hotel in Caesars Palace (4-star boutique hotel, Upscale), The Flamingo (3-star hotel, moderate), or The LINQ (2-star hotel, budget).

 

Please note that most Las Vegas hotels have a daily resort fee that is not included in the rates, and will be charged at the front desk. These three hotels charge $32.48 per night which includes the use of wi-fi, fitness center, and other amenities.

 

Airfare and ground transportation:

 

Many cities have nonstop air service to Las Vegas. Southwest provides this routing from New Orleans, and is also a great value with its free checked bags.

 

You won't need a rental car in Las Vegas unless you plan on spending time touring the natural parks and attractions in the region on your own. If you are just going to party with the wedding guests and are staying in a hotel on the Strip, you have no reason to drive.

 

We can pre-book an arrival transfer from the Las Vegas airport to your hotel and back. This can be in a mini-bus, sedan, or limousine. Or you may prefer to take a taxi on your own.
